Shipping

We ship to the destinations available at checkout. Shipping methods, charges and the delivery information applicable to your order are shown before payment.

Orders are prepared after payment and order verification. Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking information when tracking is available.

Delivery times depend on destination, shipping method and fulfilment location. The delivery information displayed at checkout is the best reference for your order.

Returns

NORVEN offers a 30-day return period from the day you receive your order. For customers in the European Union, this is in addition to your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases.

To request a return, contact norventeam@gmail.com with your order number. We will provide the return instructions and return address.

Unless an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or we state otherwise, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning it. Items may be inspected and tried on as they would be in a physical store; excessive handling that reduces value may affect the refund.

Refunds

For a valid EU withdrawal, reimbursement will be made within the legally required period. We may wait until the goods are returned, or until you provide evidence that they were sent back, where permitted by law. Refunds are issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items are covered by your statutory rights. Contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue.
