30-Day Returns

We offer a 30-day return period from the day you receive your order. This commercial return policy does not reduce any mandatory consumer rights.

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the statutory right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.

To exercise this right or request a return, email norventeam@gmail.com with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the purchase or return the item. We will provide the return instructions and return address.

Condition of Returned Items

You may inspect and try on garments as you would in a physical store. You are responsible only for any diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or we state otherwise, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

Refunds

For a valid statutory withdrawal, we will reimburse the payments received from you, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option, within 14 days after we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods back or you provide evidence that you sent them back, whichever occurs first. Any additional delivery cost resulting from choosing a more expensive delivery option is not refundable under the statutory right of withdrawal.

Refunds are made using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please contact us promptly if your order arrives defective, damaged or incorrect. Your legal rights for goods that are not in conformity with the contract are not limited by this policy.

Exclusions

Statutory exceptions may apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, and to sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed, where applicable.
