These terms apply to purchases made from NORVEN through this online store. They do not limit mandatory consumer rights that apply under the law of your country of residence.

Products and Orders

We aim to present product descriptions, images, colours, prices and availability accurately. Minor colour differences may occur because of device displays. Orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will inform you and refund any amount already paid for the unavailable item.

Prices and Payment

The final price, applicable taxes, shipping charges and other mandatory charges collected by us are shown before you place the order. Payment is processed through the methods offered at checkout.

Delivery

Shipping options and delivery information are shown at checkout and explained in our Shipping & Returns page. Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address.

Returns and Withdrawal

Our Returns & Refunds page explains our 30-day return policy and the statutory EU right of withdrawal. Those provisions form part of these terms.

Legal Guarantee

Consumers in the European Union benefit from mandatory legal rights when goods are faulty, not as described or otherwise not in conformity with the contract. Under EU rules, the seller is liable for lack of conformity that becomes apparent within at least two years from delivery, subject to any stronger rights provided by national law.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts liability where doing so is prohibited by applicable law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase.
